I liked Jim and Heather. Jim is exceptional as a person. I found him to be personable, trustworthy, knowledgable about the market and the process of buying a place. He was very respectful of me. I have mobility issues and Jim worked extra hard to find properties that could accommodate my needs--no stairs, walk in shower, flat parking etc. they made a good team with Heather doing the computer searches etc. jim was available whenever I needed. He is good at communicating re appointments and so on. I attended the class he and Danny Forbes taught at the CCB office in Edmonds. It was informative. The office was comfortable. Parking was a bit challenging but adequate. Thank you Jim for always responding promptly to phone calls, texts, and emails. The actual transaction went well. Inspector Jim arranged was awesome. Danny and his staff went up and beyond to arrange my loan application and get it to be approved. Jim worked effectively with the sellers to arrange all necessary negotiations and outcomes. The house closed without problems. When glitches cae up, jim was able to explain the situation to me and to problem solve effectively. I am very satisfied with the agent and agency.

As first-time home buyers, we were overwhelmed with the process. We had very little experience, but Jim took the time to explain everything we needed to know, and took care of all of the “behind the scenes” details that we didn’t need to know to make sure we didn’t become more overwhelmed. Besides being knowledgeable and a lot of fun, Jim was incredibly patient during our transaction, which was particularly tricky.

Jim was never pushy, and never tried to steer us in a direction we didn’t want to go. We always knew that we were the one’s making the decision and Jim was there to be our advocate.

I know that our transaction would not have closed if it hadn’t been for all of Jim’s hard work. We were so lucky to have been introduced to him! We love our home and are always grateful for everything Jim did to make it all come together!

It started in December and didn't end till the middle of April. It when from a short sale to a foreclosure to a whole new, regular sale after the foreclosure was purchased by an investor. We were met with almost every complication possible. Jim and Coralynne were there every step of the way. They calmed us when we panicked and patiently explained everything we didn't understand; they went far above and beyond, spending countless hours on the phone and driving all over the place to make sure that all the details were taken care of. They couldn't have been as excited as we were when the house finally closed but they sure must have felt a good deal of triumph at being able to come through for us the way we did. I can't image going through another experience like that but I do know that if we had to do it, there's no other realtor that we would choose. They know what they are doing and know how to do it right.
